Learning Resource Center

The Learning Resource Center (LRC) provides first year undergraduate students with the academic help they need to transition succesfully into the University.

The LRC offers a portfolio of services including general study skills mentoring and specific course tutoring – predominantly in first-year courses.  All sessions are free.  Remember that tutoring should supplement a student’s layered strategy for academic success in a course.  LRC tutoring appointment options and attendance policies are explained at the bottom of this page.

For student convenience, an array of drop-in tutoring options are also linked here.  These services are provided by both the LRC and a number of academic departments.
